In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

The ships DUNKIRK, RUBY, ADVICE, CHESTER, DRAGON, LOYAL MERCHANT, FALCON, EXPERIMENT, MERMAID, QUAKER and HAWK, formerly ordered to be fitted for service in the West Indies, have since been thought fitting for Channel service. You are directed to increase their respective complements of men to the highest numbers.
