In your letter of 8 April, you advised us that you had contracted with several merchant shipwrights in the River, for building 40 shallops and for their masts, sails, oars and grapnels to be supplied at Deptford. You also advised the officers at Deptford to make ready other stores necessary for the shallops. We hereby signify our approval.
