In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Ordering the Officers and Men of the PORTLAND and PHOENIX which were burnt at Malaga to be paid (excepting the Commissioned and Warrant Officers). Notice is to be given that those crew members currently in London should go aboard the BREDA to collect their wages. Former crew members in other ships of the Fleet are also to be paid. Instructions are also given regarding other Fireships.
