Petition of William Fox in which he claims that after serving in HM Navy for many years, chiefly as a Warrant Officer, he is now incapable of continuing in his present role due to his great age and is applying for superannuation. Appended on the reverse is a note countersigned by James Southerne Admiralty Board Secretary referring the Petition to the Navy Board for an opinion. [No date recorded].
