In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Petition of Peter Rowby in which he shows that having served at sea as Boatswain for twenty-nine years and having been wounded in the shoulder and put ashore to recover he became Boatswain of HM Yard at Deptford and now applies for superannuation. Appended on the reverse is a note countersigned by James Southerne Admiralty Board Secretary referring the Petition to the Navy Board for opinion.
