Informing that the Navy Boards letter with copy to Commissioner Greenhill has been presented to the Admiralty and that their Lordships have agreed with your proposals. They have also sent Orders to the Commander of the YORK now at Spithead to [tow] some of the [chests] from Portsmouth to Plymouth.
