Petition of Martin Riches Cook who, following forty years service including surviving various Naval Actions, finds himself worn out and now discharged with others at Chatham is asking to be superannuated. On the reverse is an instruction to the Navy Board to report on the matter. Countersigned by James Southerne, Admiralty Board Secretary.
