In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Following receipt of a letter from the Earl of Nottingham you are to prepare an Estimate for the attention of this Board showing the amount of Wages of the Men in the First and Second Rates from the time they should be paid off to the time of their re-entry, deducting Victuals as you have proposed, together with an Estimate of the cost of Pressing and Conducting a similar number of Men with Bounties paid to Volunteers.
