In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Approving the attending of two Muster Masters on the Fleet in harbour this winter. Mr Timewell will attend the Red Squadron under the Clerks of the Cheque at Chatham and Sheerness and Mr [Gunden] the Blue Squadron at Spithead and Portsmouth. Their actions are to be governed by a number of Rules and Directions contained in the remaining part of the letter.
