In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Admiral Almond has sent two Dutch ships into Portsmouth for cleaning. Instructions are given for them to have the use of the Yard's Ways and Lighters provided work on the West Indies Squadron is not hindered. The Ketch employed in pressing Men for the DEVONSHIRE is to be discharged as soon as she has put the recruits aboard the BOYNE.
