In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Lieutenant Barrow of the ST ANDREW has reported that many of the Crew have not reported for duty due to illness but are now recovered and that others have gone aboard the CORNWALL and the LONDON. An Order is given for the removal of references to the Men as having deserted provided they return and that those going to other ships be repatriated.
