In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

Petition of Richard Ball in which he claims that due to age and decayed teeth he has been obliged to buy his own special food, is much debilitated and can no longer attend to his duties and is applying for superannuation. On the reverse is an instruction to the Navy Board to supply an opinion.
