Petition of Ralph Williams Boatswain of the DREADNOUGHT in which he claims that due to an accident aboard ship he is now very deaf and applies for superannuation. On the reverse is a note referring the petition to the Navy Board for an opinion, signed by James Southerne, Admiralty Board Secretary.
