Document signed by James Southerne, Secretary to the Admiralty, fl. 1690-1694.

Concerning convoying vessels from Shoreham to Harwich, including Colliers from Milford to Plymouth for Victualling; and giving assurances that the LARK which was cruising off Sussex will proceed to Shoreham to perform the task. Orders have also been given to the JAMES GALLEY at Hylake to call at Milford to escort the vessels destined for the Channel and to see them into their respective Ports.
