In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Some Third Rates, lesser Rates and Fireships are to be refitted at Kinsale. The Admiralty wishes to know how long it will take to get an adequate supply of Stores to that place and how much it will cost. The Board is also to state what extra resources and equipment will be needed for the work of cleaning and refitting.
