Informing that a Warrant has been signed for Henry Deale, the Master Caulker at Plymouth, to become Master Caulker at Portsmouth; and that Thomas Spickernell is to succeed him at Plymouth. It also informs that the latter's Warrant was sent to him at Portsmouth and notice of the former's Warrant being signed was given to the Navy Office asking whether it should be sent to Plymouth our Portsmouth.
