Captain Foulks of the MONTAGU in [Ryde] Bay has written to say that the Captain of the SPEEDWELL Fireship has complained that the Firework in his ship has been ruined by lack of caulking; and that the same applied to the MONTAGU as she is more leaky now than when she went in for a refit.
