Ordering a number of small ships to be made available for recruiting Men for next year's service and for the depleted stores of the ships destined for the West Indies under Sir Francis Wheeler to be made good. As regards the matter of laying up some Third Rates, instructions are given for the ELIZABETH, LENOX and CAPTAIN to treated last.
