In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Asking for a suitable vessel to be made available to the RUSSELL for recruitment purposes and to be discharged as soon as the task has been completed; and ordering that all Third Rates that are cleaned or can be cleaned this Spring be got ready as soon as possible and provided with two months Victuals. The Fireships ROSE and STROMBOLO and another at Deptford are to be forthwith fitted out and victualed for two months.
