Captain Munden Commander of the LENOX has informed that his Men and those of the EXPEDITION sent to man the foreign merchant ships taken into Queenborough are still there and are in great need of clothing. An Order is given for the Men to return to their own ships in Portsmouth and are to be given Conduct Money
