In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Sir Francis Wheeler has informed us that the LOYALTY, one of the Merchant Ships hired to carry Soldiers and Stores for the West Indies, is on shore in Stokes Bay, and all her Masts were cut by the Board, but not Bilged.
We direct you when the Ship is got off to cause her to be furnished with Masts, Anchors, Cables and other Stores as necessary for fitting her to Sea, making a declaration of the Charges, the Commander assigning payment out the freight
