In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
We direct you to cause the Runs to be taken off from such of the Men belonging to their Majesties' Ships who have been made Run since the Ships coming into Port to be refitted, as shall return on board the respective Ships to which they did belong by or before the twentieth of this month, speedily after which time it is intended the Pay of the Fleet shall begin according to their Majesties' last Proclamation.
You are to take care that such publication be forthwith made of this Order as shall be fitting for giving timely notice to the Seamen.
