In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
We direct you to cause the Ship of the third Rate building at Hull to be named HUMBER, that of the fourth Rate building at Chatham the ROCHESTER, the biggest building by Mr Snelgrove at the Red-house at Deptford, the CARLISLE, and that the last prize taken by the RUPERT, and ordered to be fitted at Portsmouth, for a sixth Rate, the SWALLOW Prize, and that they be registered accordingly.
