In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
We are informed by a letter to our Secretary that the DEVONSHIRE is not yet launched out of the Dock and it is feared that she cannot be got out this Spring tide. We direct you to send directions to Portsmouth by experts for the Yard Officers there, to use all means possible than can be with safety to the Ship get her out of the Dock this Spring tide.
