We send you a Copy of his Majesty's Order in Council dated the 15th of last month, about granting to the Commanders, Officers and Seamen of their Majesties' Ships the benefit of all Privateers that shall be taken from the Enemy, and direct you to consider this and report your opinion of the best manner of executing this Order.
We also send you enclosed the Copy of a letter from Captain Keck, Commander of the Fireship LIGHTNING, complaining at the Victualling Commissioners for not paying him the Money due to him, and direct you to examine the matter and give us an account how you find the same.
