In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
The HENRY PRIZE, ordered to Virginia and now refitting at Plymouth, has room for more provisions and is to take on board as much victuals as she can carry. She is to be re-victualed at Virginia, as necessary. A certificate is to be returned by her every week detailing payments made and bills drawn on the Treasurer of the Navy.
