In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Captain Dorrill [Dorell], late Commander of the SAINT ANDREW, has been questioned concerning his ship having a greater complement than established. He accounts for this by stating that his ship had been intended for a flag and he thought it appropriate to keep up her full complement by replacing men who were sick ashore. Captain Dorrill to be paid his wages.
