In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

1. Forty of the ordnance of the ROYAL CHARLES to be mounted in her before she makes her passage from Portsmouth to the Thames and the rest put in her hold.
2. Advise how many men to be put aboard her for the passage.
3. Approving the appointment of additional staff to assist the Storekeepers and Clerks maintaining the accounts associated with the new ships being built at Chatham, Sheerness, Deptford and Portsmouth.
