In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Several seamen having been pressed from merchant ships in the convoy commanded by Captain Aylmer, and temporarily replaced by naval seamen under command of lieutenants so as to enable the ships to be brought up to London, suitable vessels are to be provided to return these men to their ships in the Downs.
