In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
1. Enclosing a copy of a letter from the Commander of the FORESIGHT complaining of the delay in fitting out his ship at Plymouth, which has prevented his joining the Fleet.
2. The Commander of the OXFORD claims that she needs to be girdled, she being so crank that she cannot use her lower guns. She is to be surveyed and the work carried out if found necessary. She is also to be refitted at Portsmouth.
3. The MORDANT, SWALLOW and PORTLAND are to be refitted in the Thames.
