Recto:The petition of John White, aged 72, requesting he be superannuated in view of his incapacity for further service. White has served as Boatswain in the AUGUSTINE, AMITY, DOVER and DIAMOND, and as Gunner in the GUERNSEY, PEARL and ANTELOPE et al. He claims that documents proving his service were accidentally burnt at the Navy Office.
