We understand by the Earl of Nottingham that there is a Dutch Man of War at Portsmouth which wants a Topmast. We direct you to cause her to be forthwith furnished with one out of their Majesties' Stores there, in case the same can be conveniently spared, taking the Commander's receipt for it.
