We have ordered the PEMBROKE into Portsmouth and the SAPPHIRE into Plymouth, to be cleaned and refitted.
We direct you to cause the said Ships upon their arrival to be forthwith cleaned and refitted to Sea for service in the Channel, and victualled for three months or as much as they can conveniently stow, and with all possible dispatch.
