In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
The Admiralty Commissioners desire you to send to the Owners of the three Vessels lately hired by their Orders, to be employed as Bomb Vessels, to name to your Board the Persons they desire to be appointed Boatswains and Carpenters of these Vessels, and transmit their names to this Office in order to their being Warranted accordingly.
