In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

We understand that Admiral Russell has sent the MONTAGUE to Spithead to Convoy the Victualling Ships to the Fleet. We direct you to cause the Money ordered for payment of their Majesties' Bounty to the Seamen to be forthwith put on board the MONTAGUE, with the Clerk to attend the payment thereof, and that you send directions to such of the members of your Board as are in the Fleet to control the said payment.
