We direct you to cause a Survey to be made of the Ketch lately taken from the French by the EXPEDITION Packet Boat and sent into Plymouth, and report to this Board your opinion if she is fit to to be employed in their Majesties' service, and if so the number of Men and the number and nature of Guns proper for her.
