In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
For preventing any loss of time in the dispatching of such Ships of the Fleet sent in to be cleaned and refitted, we direct you to send Orders to their Majesties' several Yards that such Ships of the Fleet ordered into Port by Admiral Russell be cleaned, refitted and victualled according to such Orders as the Admiral shall give.
