We direct you to cause Surveys to be taken of the defects of the ROYAL WILLIAM and ST. ANDREW on their arrival in Chatham, that it may appear what repairs will be necessary for fitting them for for service at Sea next Summer, sending us an account thereof, and causing the the repairs to be taken in hand as soon as maybe.
