Upon consideration of what you have reported to us in your letter of April 6th last in the examination of Captain Jedediah Barker's Papers, concerning his observance of his Instructions during his late Command of the SHARK Brigantine, we direct you to cause him to be paid his Wages notwithstanding he has not sent any Muster Books to your Office.
