In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
The Treasury Commissioners desire that the four months Pay which was lately put into the hands of the Navy Treasurer for the Officers of the Marine Regiments, be issued to the respective Colonels of the said Regiments, or their Agents, for the use of the said Officers.
