The several Persons hereafter named belonging to the Portsmouth Yard have been indicted at the late Assizes at Winton for defrauding their Majesties and embezzling their Stores at the Yard.

The Grand Jury found the Bills against them and you are directed to suspend them from their employment as soon as you can find replacements. You are to supply a list of such Persons and when they are procured the indicted Workmen are to be discharged.
