In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
We direct you to cause one month's Victuals for twenty thousand Men to be forthwith shipped and sent to their Majesties' Fleet by some fitting Merchant Ships to be taken up for that purpose, and that all possible dispatch be made, sending us an account in what time they can be got ready to sail.
