In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
We send you enclosed a Copy of the State of Victualling in the Fleet which we received yesterday in a letter from Admiral Russell, whereby you will find how necessary it is that a supply of Provisions be hastened to the Fleet.
Therefore we direct you to order the Commissioner of Victualling to make all possible dispatch in sending away the months victuals for 20,000 Men lately ordered.
An account should be sent to us in what readiness the same is, and from which Ports, and by what proportions from each Port it is intended to be sent.
