In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
In your letter of the 29th inst; you have offered it as your opinion that the number of Men and number and nature of Ordnance hereafter mentioned are fitting to be established on the hired Ships SMYRNA FACTOR, WARRINGTON and UNITY as follows.
SMYRNA FACTOR; 150 Men at home, 140 Men abroad and 40 Guns.
WARRINGTON; 130 Men at home, 110 abroad and 30 Guns.
UNITY; 140 Men at home, 120 Men abroad and 30 Guns.
We approve, and direct you to cause the Ships to be manned with their highest complement and victualled for four months or as much as they can conveniently stow.
