In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
We direct you to cause the Yacht KITCHEN, in the present service for which she is ordered, to be allowed thirty Men and eight Guns according your opinion in your letter of the 12th inst; and also that the PRINCESS ANN, which is hired to serve as a Man of War of the 4th Rate, be allowed two hundred Men and forty Eight Guns, as is proposed in your letter of the 8th Inst;
