In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
We direct you send an express to Portsmouth for a list of the Men of the West Indies Squadron who have any Wages due to them in any other HM Ships, with the several times for their Entries and Discharges. When the list is returned to you, you are to examine it without delay and return it to Portsmouth, with instructions to be paid with all possible dispatch.
