In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
The Captain of HM Ship LONDON MERCHANT has reported in his letter of the 4th inst. that he has heard nothing of the ship CITY OF RIGA, John Shriver Master, which he has Orders to convoy to Elsinore. I am to desire you to contact the Merchant concerned to ensure that the ship be forthwith sent to the Convoy, as it may not stay for her.
