In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
We send you a copy of a letter from Vice Admiral Rooke concerning the men and provisions required by the 2nd Rate ships now in the Downs and understanding that there is no provision there for supplying them. We direct you to send to the said ships now on their way to the Buoy of the Nore as much victuals as you judge necessary.
