In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
The Commander of HMS GARDLAND at the Buoy of the Nore informed me on the 5th inst. That he is victualed and has a Pilot and awaits the Merchant ships to Convoy them to Norway. We require you to hasten the owners of the ships, so that the convoy can sail.
