In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Captain Robert Leonard of HM Store Ship CANTERBURY has had four men, named in the margin [Thomas Wilson, Robert Humphreys, George Preston, ? Hambleton] belonging to the Society Hospital Ship have volunteered to go with him to the West Indies. We direct you to cause the men mentioned and any others that are willing to go to the West Indies in the CANTERBURY to be transferred, with the Commander of the Society providing Tickets for their service in her to be given to the captain of the CANTERBURY.
